As a designer, the decor is what attracted me to this house. When we got there it was even more delightful in person. Each space was so unique and lovely! The kids loved the record player, old radio and the assortment of games in the game room. It was spacious and the beds were super comfy. It was a great location-not too far from the Mall of America and Minnehaha Falls. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We had six adults staying (max is 7) and it was very comfortable for everyone. Having 2.5 bathrooms was very helpful. Loved having a door code which made it easy with multiple in/outs rather than a physical key. The decor was bright and cheerful (loved the record player and pop culture touches!) and the kitchen was spotless and well stocked with tea/coffee which was very hospitable, as well as plenty of cups, plates, etc. Street parking was no problem even with a few cars. There are many nice walkable coffee shops and local casual restaurants also. Thanks for a great stay.

Katie’s place is a great choice when staying in St Paul area. Neighborhood is very nice; did many walks with our dog so we got to see many areas around Katie’s place. House is roomy & comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

The house was just like the pictures and the description. The king bed upstairs was great. There were more little extras than any other place we have stayed. We had coffee, tea, salt, pepper, tons of condiments and spices. There was also dish soap as well as dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We had paper towels and full kitchen supplies. The neighborhood is fantastic with lots of walkable streets and interesting homes surrounded by trees and perennials. We also enjoyed the two couches and pergola in the backyard. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Thanks.

Great place. Our friends and family came in to help us celebrate our wedding. We had easy access to downtown for a Lynx came, nice walks around the lakes, easy drives to mountain biking, and quick access to our party at Malcolm Yards. Five stars!

What a great place for a family. Nice location near the lake and mall of America. Master bedroom and first floor laundry on main floor. Perfect for Us. The upstairs bedrooms were good for the rest of the family. I recommend this home for any families. Thanks Katie

Katie's place was perfect! You could tell that a lot of thought went into all of the things that were in the house. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet. We would definately stay there again!

This was a great house for us to stay in while our house was on the market and showings were happening we needed a place nearby to feel at home and continue our daily routines. We felt right at home. Our dogs were welcome. There’s a very large fenced in backyard and the house was nice and clean.
