We stayed here between Christmas and New Year’s and it was wonderful. The location was convenient as it was close to some sledding hills, close to Grand Ave restaurants. The house had a nice layout, with an especially comfortable king size bed for the notaries bedroom. And a lovely new kitchen that was perfect to prepare and host large family dinners. And the downstairs had a lovely kids play room with lots of books, games and even a video console.

I booked Katie’s GORGEOUS home for visitors to be nearby in my neighborhood and they loved the house. Beautiful and spacious, it was a perfect and comfortable space. The coffee station and games were a wonderful touch. Highly recommend!

Katie’s place worked great for my family as we moved to the area. The kitchen had great amenities with everything you need to cook a meal, including a high chair for our toddler to use. There were children’s books and games to keep us entertained on super cold days. We would absolutely stay here again as the house was comfortable and location was ideal.

Beautiful home, exactly as described and as shown in the photos. Every aspect of the place was warm and inviting. We felt right at home. Katie’s communication was great too. We stayed in December in what — even for MN! — was an unusual cold spell with -6 temps. Katie let us know about the declared snow emergency and to move our car if needed. A wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was as listed. Having a high chair, crib, baby gates, kids dishes, and toys for the kids made the visit feel more like home. The house had all the amenities we needed. The extra little touches made this one of our favorite stays. I could tell that the hosts took the time to decorate each room. They provided the small touches such as charging stations on the night stands. The hosts definitely want to make sure that each guest enjoys their stay. If the need arises, we would stay here again

Absolutely loved this beautiful home! The neighborhood is gorgeous, too! Being from Texas, it was a joy to experience walking in a neighborhood with fall foliage and weather. The house is so comfortable and cozy with all the great amenities! And we love the next door neighbor! We will definitely stay here again!

This functional home is great for families and others who are looking for a place that is close to many things in the twin cities, yet a private and comfortable place (Especially with dogs). We stayed there while work was being done on our house and it helped us maintain our routine for our family. Thanks Katie!

Loved this cute little place - if you're looking to book, this is only one bathroom and it's downstairs. The bedrooms upstairs are adorable, but the stairs to get to them are STEEP, so anyone maybe a little older would not be a good fit (although they could stay downstairs) - one bathroom is always a challenge with a 3 bedroom place, but the coziness of this cute little place outweighs it. We had a great stay!
