We had such a wonderful stay in Minneapolis. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated & incredibly comfortable - perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. The location couldn't have been better making it easy to enjoy everything from cozy family visits to an exciting night cheering on the wild versus the lightning. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared and truly made our trip special. Thank you Katie for offering such a great place.

A very nice well maintained house with everything you need lots of space especially if there’s more than a few people and very nice safe neighborhood. It was too cold to walk, but everything was nearby.

We stayed here between Christmas and New Year’s and it was wonderful. The location was convenient as it was close to some sledding hills, close to Grand Ave restaurants. The house had a nice layout, with an especially comfortable king size bed for the notaries bedroom. And a lovely new kitchen that was perfect to prepare and host large family dinners. And the downstairs had a lovely kids play room with lots of books, games and even a video console.

I booked Katie’s GORGEOUS home for visitors to be nearby in my neighborhood and they loved the house. Beautiful and spacious, it was a perfect and comfortable space. The coffee station and games were a wonderful touch. Highly recommend!

Katie’s place worked great for my family as we moved to the area. The kitchen had great amenities with everything you need to cook a meal, including a high chair for our toddler to use. There were children’s books and games to keep us entertained on super cold days. We would absolutely stay here again as the house was comfortable and location was ideal.
